The United States has an Olympic football coach. An under-20 national team coach, also, both are big names.
American football on Thursday announced that the University of Akron coach user Of Porter, one of the best minds in the American game, will serve as coach U-23, taking the Americans using appropriate Olympic, and hope in next year's London Games.
Former u.s. national team star Tab Ramos is the new coach's U-20.

Porter, 36, a former Indiana University standout who played in four League games in three seasons in Major League Soccer San Jose, and Tampa Bay, was built in Akron football men of the nation program of the premier. Ramos, 45, who moved from his native Uruguay, New Jersey when he was 11, is one of the best players in the history of the USA national team, with players in the World Cup in 1990, 1994, 1998 and in clubs in Spain and Mexico playing before wrapping up a 14-year career with the MetroStars, now Red Bull New York. He was the first player signed by MLS in 2005.
Ramos became a member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame in 2005, the first year of eligibility.
Top youth coach in New Jersey, whom Klinsmann used as an assistant coach of the original games as the U.S. boss, Ramos made 81 international apperarances 12 years with the national team.
"It is an honour for me to once again representing the United States," Ramos said in the release. "After the end of the game in my career, I've worked extremely hard to develop as a coach. I had the opportunity to work with the youth national teams with a great coach, and now I look forward to contributing as much larger in size. "
