Striker assembly Soccer Academy founder Steve Crane couldn't wait for the new construction Northeast Park in the US 27 to finish.
Former English Premier League player of the second Football Academy was opened three weeks ago with great hopes for the development and fun for young and adult soccer players of the zone.
"You just enjoy seeing the kids having fun and enjoying the game," said crane.
Six players showed that Sept 19, the first day of College, but that doesn't worry crane.
"It is great," he said. "But this is how we started in the Winter Garden".
The Academy is the second crane in the region. He founded the Academy Soccer striker Assembly in Braddock Park of Winter Garden.
There crane and four other licensed coaches have 50 young people at the Academy, some recreational players and another 175 100 adults in a join.
He is also a 3 vs. 3 program there.
"It is phenomenal family environment," he said.
Crane is the game that he played all his life, including playing striker Assembly, for seven years.
He spent three years with Charlton Athletic in London before going on to play for NCAA Division II Tusculum which set a school record records for most goals in a season and more support on the way to the u.s. all profitability situation.
He returned to London, where he played for Gillingham FC and Torquay United before succumbing to injury.
Through a career as a police officer of the Essex, played and coached in pro Essex police intermediate League team that won two national titles.
Partly because of increased violence gang in London, crane, his wife and their two young children moved to Florida, where crane began his College two years ago.
"There is many English families," he said. "I know there is an opportunity for children to play."
He won the license in the UNITED STATES Football Federation premier and a diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association, where he is coach of national staff. Crane is also on the staff of the Union of Youth Football in Florida.
All four strikers coach Academy is empty.
He has also coached girls under-10 3 vs. 3 team for a World Championship in January and the girl's under-12 3 vs. 3 Group reached the rank of no. 1 and finish third in the nationals in Disney during the summer.
This crane has joined with the national training centre at Clermont to act as a satellite facility for 3 vs. 3 competitive recreational and training young people.
In addition, crane has been in contact with football coach at St. Cloud to form another site via satellite for 3 vs. 3.
Recently, however, is committed to extending behind the Champion World Resort 192 USA where he can be reached at Polk and Lake counties for players in the four corners.
Crane discovered the site for the new Academy when he was driving from the resort one day and saw the tall posts light behind it.
Behind the resort found gold--four full-size football fields.
"Phenomenal", he said. "I Was here before. You cannot even see it from the road. "
The fields are about two miles off u.s. 27
Focus of the Academy is to have fun and develop skills to allow each child to reach the desired level of the game.
The Academy is open to players aged 2 to 16.
The sessions of the Academy for 2-4 years is from Monday to 4: 30 to 5 p.m. cost is $ 40 per month.
Children aged 5 to 16 play from 5 to Monday 6: 30 p.m. Te cost is $ 65 a month.
Uniforms may not be necessary.
