New London Football League joins forces with Hewitt-Appleton Post Crescent

A British invasion involving a soccer ball has come to London News.

The New Youth Soccer Association and the football club in London and Gainesville have agreed to become a satellite clubs of FC Everton football club of Wisconsin.

The latter is based in Bangor and is an official partner of the Everton football club based in Liverpool in the Fa Barclays Premier League.

Animation is essentially a merge. The clubs new London and Edinburg will start wearing uniforms Hewitt-style with blue and white colors Royal club s and will receive support services from Everton FC of Wisconsin. London's new Club will now be known as Everton FC of the Wisconsin-New London.

Everton FC, Wisconsin is the first full year of operation and consists of around 70 players. With the addition of satellite clubs, Everton now has more than 600 players under the umbrella.

I think people were a little skeptical at first because we were new and wondered if you're going to be around long-term, Sullivan said. But we ve just merged with two groups that have been around 15 and 17 years, so a lot of stability is provided by merging these two clubs.

Hewitt will offer the clubs two satellite program, training-mentoring coaches and is expected to have an instructor available to work with the satellite clubs on a weekly basis. It will also assist in assigning referees.

What won t change is the seasonal schedule. New London and Edinburg clubs will continue to play in the spring and summer. Everton FC, Wisconsin is an annual football program.

According to Sullivan, the League dues for new London and Edinburg clubs under the umbrella of the Houston Rockets will increase, but it will be a slight increase.

We feel we re Britain's youth football in the region and will deserve, he said.
